-
- I think this would be a good idea too. It's pretty tricky to read
- the text on a TV (no monitor sadly) 8-((( and a little icon would probably
- help. Also, the red text telling you which keys do what is completely
- illegible on a TV, I had to look through the code with Peek A Boo to see
- what the text was meant to say. (maybe a medium res option or double height
- text would help for us poor monitor-less people.)
-
- Does the new version fix the bug which made the program crash
- spectacularly and noisily when I attempted to save a texture as a GIF? That
- was horrible.
-
- Apart from this, it's looking good. I'm not sure how to buid new
- IWADs yet, but at least I can hear the sound effects and look at the
- images, which is nice.
-
- Something that might be handy would be a key to view the next image
- (or the previous one) in a sequence without having to hop back to the menu,
- move down one step, view the next one and so on. You could see the
- creatures moving more easily then. Or maybe even a key to play animation
- sequences, the information about what follows what in a sequence is built
- into the sprite or texture name isn't it?
-
- It would also be handy to show how large the various sprites and
- textures are in pixels. This would help when it comes to designing new
- ones.
-
- Have another day.
